The Challenge

When Helen Tanner, founder of Data Cubed, approached our web design and development team, she was a visionary entrepreneur with a clear mission.

Helen wanted to create an elegant, responsive, and tech-driven website that repositioned Data Cubed as a leader in the data analytics space.

She trusted us to suggest a web design and development blueprint, which would represent the brand’s innovation and aesthetics. Helen wanted to accelerate Data Cubed’s growth by defining a clear design direction as it expanded.

Data Cubed has a strong foundation in terms of digital experience. Their SEO performance was steady, but the real challenge was to retain existing rankings while creating room for long-term organic growth.

The other challenge was to fix the user journey, which was inconsistent across multiple domains. Each served different aspects of the business, from regional offices to calculators and a shop. We wanted to improve Data Cubed’s brand positioning so it resonated with the target audience, clearly communicating who Data Cubed is, who they serve, and what their service offerings were.

The diluted brand consistency created friction, and we wanted to bring everything together under one powerful, unified global website that captured the momentum of the Data Cubed brand.

Our first step was to revitalise the Data Cubed website to make it more user engaging and SEO friendly. Global Bay quickly established that the website had to be rebuilt on WordPress, so that its HTML framework can be better optimised for SEO.
